Check In/Check Out Time

• Check-in Time - 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

Room Occupancy Policy

• Only a maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room and one child sharing bed with the parent with not above the age of 12 years.
• Only one extra cot will be allowed in one room.

Extra Adult, Child & Infant Policy

• Infants and Children below the age of 4 years without extra bed will be complimentary.
• Children between 5-11 Yrs. without extra cot INR 1000/- per day plus taxes with bed breakfast.
• Children between 5-11 Yrs. with extra cot INR 1500/- per day plus taxes with bed breakfast.
• 12 Yrs. and above INR 2000/- plus taxes with or without extra mattress with bed breakfast.

Meals Supplement Policy

• Meal Supplements charge (either lunch or dinner) will be charged INR 599/- per person per meal plus taxes.
• Meal supplement charge both lunch and dinner will be charged INR 1199/- per person per meal plus taxes.
• Meal supplements are not carried forward and cannot be adjusted with other meals.
• Meal Supplements will not be serviced in rooms.
• In case of lesser occupancy fixed menu will be extended to the Guest who has opted for meal plan.

Bookings Terms and Conditions

• Blocking will be held provisionally up to a specified cut-off date after which they will be released automatically.
• Bookings will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
• Remaining payment are to be realized before the date of check in.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.
• Any bank charged for international bank account is to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

• Room cancellation from 00 to 15 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
• Room cancellation from 16 to 30 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
• Room cancellation from 31 days and above before the check-in date only the bank charges amount will be charged.
• No refunds will be issues for unused nights or early check-outs.
• No refunds would be offered for cancellation due to flight, Government ferry & private ferry cancellation.
